Job Fair
The morning workshop is designed to prepare job seekers for the afternoon hiring event, giving them the tools, confidence, and strategy to make a strong impression with employers on-site. Led by Career Connectors' team of certified career professionals, the sessions cover everything from career direction and resume building to interview preparation and connecting with local workforce resources.
Workshop objectives:
- Connect attendees to ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County services and ongoing workforce support
- Help participants clarify career direction and build a focused job search plan
- Equip job seekers with an ATS-friendly, results-driven resume that gets past applicant tracking systems
- Teach modern interview techniques, including the STAR method, to confidently answer behavioral questions
- Ensure every attendee walks into the career fair resume-ready, interview-ready, and prepared to land the offer
