About Tom Sullivan
Tom Sullivan is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Air2O, a Phoenix-based engineering and manufacturing company that designs custom cooling and thermal management solutions for mission-critical industries, including data centers, lithium-ion battery manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
A British Army veteran and electrical engineer by training, Tom helped launch Air2O as an engineering firm and moved the company to Phoenix in 2017 with a small team.
Today Air2O has about 150 employees and is expanding its North Valley manufacturing facility, a project expected to create around 200 jobs.
Tom leads with a simple set of standards, including "See it, sort it," the idea that anyone who spots a problem owns it through to completion.
