Carmen Payne is the owner of SOAR! Transformational Life Coaching and is a professional and personal development coach with 25 years’ experience in the areas of leadership, coaching, mentoring, training, and project management.  Prior to making the leap from her 25-year corporate career, Carmen traveled the world, and facilitated workshops, even as she developed, tested, trained, and partnered with fortune 500 companies to deploy integrated IT solutions.

Carmen obtained her ICF accredited coaching certifications at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and with the Quantum Success Coaching Academy. Carmen also holds certifications in Neuro Linguistics Programing and Time Line Therapy® and is a certified Add Heart facilitator.

Her services include personalized coaching, workshops, consulting and speaking.

Carmen’s origins are from the beautiful island of Malta and she grew up in the UK before moving to the USA over a decade ago and currently resides in Phoenix, AZ.

Stephanie holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Babson College with a focus on corporate entrepreneurship.

She completed a Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, spent nearly 15 years managing teams and developing leaders at Intel corporation and had her own coaching and training firm for several years. Stephanie is also a native of Phoenix, Arizona and enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.
