Stop Surviving Your Career Transition: Build the Resilience to Move Forward

with Amy Looper

Career transitions can shake more than your résumé. A layoff, job search, career pivot, burnout, or unexpected life change can challenge your confidence, identity, and sense of direction.

When uncertainty stretches on, it’s easy to slip into survival mode—overthinking every decision, questioning your value, comparing yourself to others, or becoming so overwhelmed that you stop taking the actions that could move you forward.

In this practical and encouraging session, Amy Looper, Founder of Resilient Growth and leadership and resilience expert, will help participants understand how to move out of survival mode and approach their next chapter with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Using Amy’s 5 Cornerstones of Resilience, participants will learn how to:

> Courage - Take meaningful action even when the outcome is uncertain.

> Commitment - Stay engaged with your goals instead of allowing setbacks to define your direction.

> Compassion - Navigate career change without turning disappointment, rejection, or uncertainty into self-criticism.

> Connection - Build relationships and support systems that create opportunity and resilience.

> Confidence - Rebuild self-trust and show up powerfully for the opportunities ahead.

Participants will leave with practical tools to regulate stress, challenge the patterns that keep them stuck, and take courageous action toward what comes next.

Your career transition doesn't have to be a season of waiting. It can become a season of rebuilding.
